This course is designed for anyone who would like to gather plants from the hedgerow but has no idea what to pick. Learn how to make skin, hair and bath preparations from the herbs growing in your garden. You will explore the properties and uses of commonly available herbs, follow practical demonstrations and make samples to take home. Includes a tour of the Organic Herb Garden at Ryton.
