If you prefer to pay by cheque (sterling only) please email me direct to arrange and confirm details of your order.

Postage and Packing Charges

These are clearly listed in the shopping cart. Goods will be sent by Second Class post. Orders will be sent out on Monday, Wednesday or Saturday morning. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to reach you. If you provide an email address, I can keep you informed in the unlikely event of a delay or stock shortage.

Paypal

Paypal is the preferred method of payment and can be used via the ‘add to cart’ buttons below or I can email a paypal request for the total to you if you prefer. The Paypal Shopping Cart system protects your financial information with leading security and fraud prevention systems. Your financial information is not shared with the merchant (in this case Mad About Herbs). Once you complete your payment you will be emailed a receipt by Paypal. If you have a query about your order, please quote the receipt number so that your query can be resolved quickly.

Returning Goods

In the rare event of a problem with your order, please email the details as soon as possible. Refunds/replacements will normally only be issued if goods are damaged on receipt or if the wrong items have been sent. Please retain all packaging materials and return them to me to make any claim for compensation easier. I will reimburse the return postage.
